This is Rosa noisette, a fragrant hybrid of Rosa muscosa x Rosa chinensis. 

I found this piece at a local charity shop for £1.00. While taking the frame apart I was surprised to see that this image was actually a cut out from a book! The text provided me with the history and information about this rose.
